Barry H. Corey is the eighth president of Biola University. Since assuming the role in 2007, Corey has led Biola into its second century with the launching of an ambitious 10-year University Plan and the largest comprehensive fundraising campaign in university history. A native of Boston, Corey previously served as vice president for education at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He received a B.A. in English and biblical studies from Evangel University and an M.A. in American studies and a Ph.D. in education from Boston College. As a Fulbright scholar, he lived in Bangladesh, where he researched educational programs for children of the landless poor. Corey is the author of the book (Tyndale, 2016) and his writing has been featured in publications like The Washington Post, The National Review, Relevant, and Converge, among others. He and his wife, Paula, have three children: Anders, Ella, and Samuel.

Deborah spent nine years in the Biola University School of Education teaching children's literature, foundations of education, student teaching seminar, and first year seminar for incoming freshmen. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she served as undergraduate chair and director of the teacher preparation program. Prior to coming to Biola, she was the principal of a K-8 private school.
Deborah led the Biola University School of Education through the rigorous accreditation process for the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. In 2010, the School of Education earned the maximum accreditation possible with a commendation by the Commission for the quality of the program. As a result of this success, she was invited to join the Provost's team as Dean of Educational Effectiveness and Accreditation Liaison Officer (ALO) to lead the university's WSCUC (formerly WASC) accreditation process. She also oversees the IDEA evaluation program and works with university faculty in ways to improve their learning outcomes and teaching practices.
During the past six years, Deborah has also been active in Biola University's Diversity Leadership Committee. Her doctoral dissertation focused on teaching practices in Christian universities that foster a positive environment for students of color. She has presented at several regional and national conferences, supporting faculty in higher education in adapting their behavior and pedagogy to create a more positive learning environment. Her publications include articles in devotional books, chapter in a children's literature text, and articles in peer-reviewed journals on increasing student engagement through appropriate faculty pedagogy and behaviors.

He arrived at Biola after serving as senior director of finance and administration at the Center for Innovation and Strategic Collaboration, a research and development company within St. Jude Medical, Inc. He spent over 17 years in various capacities at the Johnson & Johnson Family of companies, working in such roles as senior accountant, marketing finance manager, operations controller and ultimately, supply chain group manager. In February 2017 Mike stepped into the role of Vice President University Operations and Finance and now oversees the areas of Finance and Budgeting, Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology, Digital Learning, New Business Development, Auxiliary Services, Campus Safety, Facilities and Construction. Mike holds a B.S. in accounting from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and an MBA in finance from California State University, Fullerton. He also holds both CPA and CMA licenses in the state of California. He and his wife, Brenda, live in Brea, and have two married sons, both who have graduated from Biola. He graduated from Biola University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He received his Master of Arts in Theology (’97) and his Ph.D. in Christian Education (’02) from Talbot School of Theology.
In 1989, Adam received the Southern California Carnation Award for outstanding leadership in fundraising and volunteerism. He also received recognition from former President George H. W. Bush and was granted a national "Point of Light" award for his significant service to the community. Adam has been a contributing author to several publications in the field of fundraising and biblical stewardship and serves on a variety of non-profit boards. Adam lives in La Habra Heights, CA with his wife, Faith, and has four adult children, and one grandson.

André completed his master's degree in speech communication from California State University at Fullerton in 2000 and his Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Claremont Graduate University in 2019. André is married to Beth, who is also a Biola alumna, and has three children. He counts it a privilege to serve students as an educator and administrator at Biola University.

In his role, he has chief responsibility for university admissions, financial aid, brand, creative, advertising, marketing, research, public relations and university events. A graduate of Northwest Christian University, Lee's personal interests include serving the local church, taking road trips with his family, following college football, spending time at the beach, and running.
