Library Access & Borrowing Materials
A Biola ID, Alumni Association ID, or other Biola library card will allow you entrance into the library via use of the turnstile entrance card readers. Simply scan your card and the turnstiles will release to allow you entrance into the building. Guests may apply for a library card at the Reception Desk. The type of card applied for will determine the level of access and borrowing privileges. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Library Computers & Database Access
Computers in the library are primarily intended to support the learning, teaching and research needs of current Biola students, faculty and staff. To use the computers, visitors need to get a guest account from the Reception Desk. For immediate assistance with using computers in the library, please visit the Tech Commons on the middle level. Guest Wi-Fi access is also available. Any user logged into the physical or wireless Biola network may freely access online library resources. Off-campus access to e-books, journals and library databases is restricted to currently enrolled students, currently employed faculty and staff, and faculty emeriti.

Printing & Copying

- Scanning to PDF is free, but a library card or copy card with funds is required to log into the copiers.
Newer library cards (with a magnetic stripe) may be used to print, copy and scan documents. Guests with an older library card should stop by the Reception Desk to get a newer card, at no charge. Optionally, all users may purchase a guest print/copy card for $1 from a self-service kiosk located near the Tech Commons. These kiosks may also be used to add funds to an existing library card or print/copy card. The kiosks will only accept bills (no coins) or a credit card (Visa, Master Card or Discover). To use a credit card, at least $10 must be added to the account.
Instructions for Guests
- Print as usual using any library computer (except the Library Catalog stations).
- Use the ID and password printed on the card. If there is no password printed on the card, type “biola.”
- Swipe the card at a print release station to release the print.
- Instructions for copying and scanning are posted above each copier in the library.

国产偷拍视频The Heritage Café, located near the entrance to the library, serves Starbucks beverages, acai bowls, fresh squeezed juices, gourmet sandwiches, and salads. Decorated with items from the Library Archives and remembrances from Biola’s history, the Heritage Cafe provides customers with the chance to reflect on Biola’s purpose and mission. Ample seating areas are available outside the Library and in an expanded lobby area inside the Library.
